It was my first visit to this clinic and I was delighted with the experience. Cheerful reception staff and a very prompt commencement of the consultation set things up well. The doctor was attentive, thoughtful, thorough, very honest and open in offering a diagnosis and options for further treatment. While the visit was prompted by physical discomfort, the doctor and clinic did everything in their power to ‘make it better’.

I visited Albert Road Clinic a couple of weeks ago and was seen by Dr Shirani ,I was very happy with my apppointment with her ,she took the time to explain each step of the examination,answered all my questions ,and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Easy for a new patient to walk in off the street seeking medical assistance to get seen, navigate log in in minutes. Great nursing staff, saw one of the best GP’ s that I have ever encountered got across. my multiple health issues and gave a full physical. Diagnosed me accurately and gave the correct medication, blood test and referral form scans to cover all the possible complications without over servicing. Could not recommend any more highly. Much better than attending an emergency department in a hospital which would have been my choice in the past when more than an hours drive from my GP and in need of urgent but not emergency care.

An excellent medical practice: Reception were friendly and well organised. The doctor I consulted listened to my concerns, then quickly and accurately diagnosed my issue and provided an effective treatment to relieve the symptoms and enable a long term cure.
